I reserve the right to reproduce or post any sold work.
I welcome pins and photos of my work on your blog, but please credit Linda Colletta with a link to my site.
If you are interested in licensing or using my artwork for commercial purposes, please contact me.
I welcome opportunities to create commissioned artwork for individuals, or professional organizations. My goal in accepting commissions is for the process to be both gratifying for me as an artist and pleasurable for those who have chosen to integrate my art into their living or working environment.
1 - Email me 2-3 screen shots or jpegs of your favorite pieces of my work.
2 - Send me paint chips, fabric swatches or inspiration images -- anything that helps illustrate and communicate your vision.
3 - Once we agree on the scope of the project, we will sign a "Commission Agreement" that outlines this process, details of the piece and payment structure. I will then send you an invoice for a 50% deposit. The deposit and the signed Commission Agreement are due before work will begin.
4 - I will work on your piece for about 4-8 weeks, unless you specify a deadline.
5 - When I feel the piece is ready, I will invite you to come view it in person for the first time (if you are local), otherwise I will send several images from many angles to capture the light & texture as accurately as possible.
6 - From here, if needed, I will do 2-3 edits based on your feedback.
7 - If you are happy with your piece, I will invoice you for the balance due -- once received, I will ship or deliver your work.
8 - If you are not satisfied with the work after 3 edits, you can use your 50% deposit towards any finished piece or print in my collection.

Large Scale (40 x 50 and up) pieces are removed from their stretcher bars, rolled and shipped in a tube via FedEx Ground to keep costs down.
Most local frame shops will be able to re-stretch the canvas to its stretcher bars for a minimal fee.
However, if you prefer, large scale pieces can be shipped FedEx Freight, simply select "Freight Deposit" as your shipping option --
this will charge you a $100 deposit, I will then contact you directly with the actual costs and balance due.

All sales are final.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to contact me to arrange an exchange of equal or greater value. Photos of the work are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors may differ slightly from monitor to monitor. I am more than happy to send additional photos of the work to help decide if it is the right piece for you.
